REAL SUPPORT, BUILT AROUND YOU
Futures First is a career and life pathway program for opportunity youth and transitional-age young adults (ages 16–30) across LA County. We tackle the real stuff — housing, jobs, school, and mental health — through mentorship, coaching, and a community that actually shows up.
No judgment. No gatekeeping. We meet you exactly where you are and help you build momentum toward independence — on your terms.

Navigation and case management to move toward stable, safe, long-term housing — no more figuring it out alone.
Resume, interview, job readiness prep, along with Public sector and Employment readiness courses; we provide the tools to actually get you hired and stay hired.
Coaching you towards education pathways, enrollment support, and certifications through Futures First Academy
Real tools for stress, emotional wellness, and building relationships that don't drain you.
Budgeting, time management, cooking, daily routines — the unglamorous stuff that actually matters.
